"Peanut free!" star star star star star Normally I'm not a huge fan of American chocolate, however these choc chips taste like normal chocolate. In addition, unlike most of the stuff in Lakeland's range, they are peanut free! I wish there were more products like this.
"Best chunky choc chips" star star star star star I have searched far and wide for affordable and quality choc chips for my brownies and these have proven to be the best. They are quite large, so really hold their shape in the mixture and don't disappear. Provide a great crunch. I like to mix them with small chips from other brands to give a good texture. Taste very nice too!
"Not cheap but worthwhile" star star star star star_border As with the dark version of this product, I started buying them in lockdown as chocolate chips/chunks became scarce in supermarkets and my daughter was baking more cookies at this time. But I’ll continue with these as they are good quality despite being a little on the expensive side, and you do get a good lot in a pack. They make good cookies and other chocolate chip recipes but also melt well for sauces, frostings, etc.
