Just add to yogurt, porridge, cereal or your morning smoothie.

This product adds significantly to the nutritional content of any dish it's added to. Great for people with compromised systems or limited dietary intake.
This product sounded like an easy way to boost the immune system. However, it contains rock solid pieces that are impossible to chew and likely to break your teeth. When I fished them out of my muesli and dropped them into a saucer, so that I could finish my breakfast safely, they sounded like bullets. This product may be OK soaked and then pureed in a machine, but I would not try to eat it from the packet in cereal, as suggested.
Thanks for placing your review. I'm sorry you've had this experience as this never occurred during product testing so I feel you may have a faulty batch. I trust you've been able to find a suitable alternative.
