A good tool to use to shave hard cheese, chocolate. It even thinly slices vegetables from cucmbers, carrots, parsnips and even potatoes to make Pomme Anna. easy to clean and even goes in the dishwasher, love it...
Very well made grater which gives slim slices of hard cheese and slices cucumbers and carrots. I also bought the guard to use with it to protect fingers.
A little disappointed, works but not as good as I had hoped.

I only bought this to ensure I'd spent enough to get free postage. However, I'm disappointed with it. I know it apparently slices chocolate and hard cheese, but I thought it would also work on cheddar cheese, but it doesn't. I'll try it on potatoes tomorrow and if that doesn't work, I'll just bin it.

I find the shavings too fine for a ‘medium’ plane. Not very impressed. Will probably end up at the back of the drawer !
