These flexible moulds for poaching eggs from OXO Good Grips make perfectly poached eggs easy for everyone.
Many of us have struggled to master the technique to perfectly poached eggs. However the clever design of these silicone egg poachers ensure your egg maintains a perfect shape while it cooks. The funnel shape lets the yoke slide gently into boiling water without risk of breaking, and the ‘cage’ beneath hols the shape while allowing water to flow naturally around the egg as it cooks.
Once your eggs are done, use the provided silicone tab to lift them out of the water while keeping your fingers safe.
Made of super-flexible silicone, they’re really simple to clean and they squish down to half the size for space-saving storage.

The OXO Good Grips Egg Poachers are easy to use and produce a lovely poached egg. You just drop an egg through the poacher into the water below. The lower half of the poacher keeps the egg contained so it comes out in a round shape. The poacher is easy to clean and to store. To poach two eggs does require a reasonable sized pan to take both poachers at the same time.

Poached eggs have long been my nemesis. With this cracking (sorry), little gadget they come out perfectly each time. Yes you need a large pan but I have one so I'm not bothered by that, yes you need lots of water but so what, the eggs are perfect each time. Well done Lakeland - you've nailed it again!!!
