Each anodised aluminium tin heats up evenly and is just the right size for making a neat little miniature vanilla sponge ready to be rolled in jam and smothered in desiccated coconut before popping the requisite glacé cherry on top.

Good non-stick quallities and proportioned so they fit well in my multi-cooker. Just remember not to put them in the dishwasher as they will lose their shiny finish.

Bought these before Christmas but only got round to baking with them this week. Absolutely delighted with them. I used Nancy Birtwhistle's recipe for steamed sponge puddings and cooked them in a bain marie in the oven for 25 minutes and they came out of the moulds perfectly. Looked like shop bought as they were just the right size and shape. Just ordered another 4.

The first time I used these was for chocolate fondants and was worried they’d get stuck in the moulds - they didn’t, they came out with no trouble and nothing stuck to the sides or base.
