"Small hemisphere cake pan" star star star star star I did like this pan, it was perfect for the cake I was doing, however there were no instructions advising that the pan should be steadied whilst in the oven so it tipped over. Next time I will stand it inside a Yorkshire pudding tin to prevent this support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. I'm delighted to hear how pleased you are with the pan. We used cooking rings to keep the tins level in the oven. The small pan will hold a three egg sponge mix but there are a number of recipes for the Hemisphere pan range on our blog - https://blog.lakeland.co.uk/recipe-category/cake-recipes/
"A great little cake pan" star star star star star I couldn't be more pleased with this. When baking with children it is ideal; they can cover it with fondant icing easily and decorate as they wish - in my case as various Pokémon characters!
"Quantity" star star star star star Please can you guide me on quantity of cake mixture and cooking time required

"Don't buy it the cake comes out ruined" star star_border star_border star_border star_border I brought this cake thinking that it would be a great little cake pan to make fun cakes however i've used it about 5 times now and every time the cake doesn't come out in one, I tried multiple ways of greasing/removing the cake and none of them work. The cake ALWAYS comes out ruined and wrecked so much that the cake can't be used so ultimately it's a waste of money as then the cake can't be decorated as it doesn't hold together so it's a waste of time, money and effort. Very disappointed support_agent A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. We're sorry the cake pan hasn't worked as well as you'd expected. We're glad we've been able to put things right for you. After a few uses the tin will build up a natural patina that will enhance the non-stick performance. Due to the shape of the mould you may need to reduce the cooking temperature within your oven by 20-25C and allow time to cool before turning out.
