Sometimes called a chef’s pan or sauteuse, the shape of this pan makes casserole prep easier than ever, this incredibly non-stick Eaziglide Casserole Pan lets you sauté, soften, fry or oven-cook your first few ingredients and then add more to create a delicious family-sized stew with no fears of sticking or burning.
Thoughtfully designed with steep sides to make it easy to stir ingredients thoroughly, it also features large, riveted, stay-cool stainless steel handles on both the pan and the smart glass lid, so you can get a firm grip whether you’re whipping it in and out of the oven or lifting the lid to check on progress.

This unusual, textured non-stick coating is amazingly effective – it means you can even dry fry safely without any oil or butter and it is also remarkably tough and long-lasting, so you can use it night after night, year after year without any fear of it flaking. Amazingly tough, the layers of non-stick interlock to create a surface found to be up to seven times tougher than conventional non-stick in abrasion tests. Free from PFOA.
Fantastic Heat Distribution
The stainless steel base distributes heat quickly and evenly across the whole surface of the pan, so you can easily reach the high temperatures you need for that all-important stir-fry sizzle.

This casserole pan is fantastic, it is best none stick pan I have ever bought. Have used it on several occasions and have been very impressed, I showed it to my sister and a couple of friends because I thought it was so good . When you have finished cooking and you wash it up any residue of food easily comes off.
