Neverstick2 Non-stick
This unusual, textured non-stick coating is amazingly effective – it means you can even dry fry safely without any oil or butter and it is also remarkably tough and long-lasting, so you can use it night after night, year after year without any fear of it flaking. Amazingly tough, the layers of non-stick interlock to create a surface found to be up to seven times tougher than conventional non-stick in abrasion tests. Free from PFOA.

The stainless steel base distributes heat quickly and evenly across the whole surface of the pan, so you can easily reach the high temperatures you need for that all-important stir-fry sizzle.

I needed a wok to replace an old Teflon/steel one whose Teflon layer had started peeling. This one looked very good in the specs, especially as it needed to be usable on an induction hob. I'm really pleased that I went for it as it has been brilliant - I've not had anything stick so far even at fairly high temperatures. It needs very little oil as well.
