Perforated 3 Baguette Baking Tray

I purchased this baguette baker alongside some other bread baking tins. The quality is exceptional and the size ideal for making 3 good sized baguettes, somewhere in between a regular baguette and a small one. I used a sourdough recipe from Lakeland which I would also recommend you try. This tray produces a good crust all round and a soft middle every time.Nothing has ever stuck to it and I never grease the tray. It fits comfortably in my Aga but I would recommend you to make sure it will fit in your oven as it is quite long.Wish it had a handle on one end to help remove from oven though.

Perfect crusty baguettes every time. The perforations makes all the difference.

This baguette baking tray is great, non stick and cleans so easily. My bread is so much better now!

We love this tray. It is the perfect size to cook baguettes and is fast becoming our favourite way to cook bread. The air circulation is good and the bread cooks evenly all over. Very well made, non stick and washes well.
