And cutting in mid-air means leaves don’t get crushed as easily as when you chop on a board.

Ideal for in-bowl chopping, the outside of the bottom blade has a scoop to lift the leaves up as you cut, while the plastic casing protects your serving bowl from getting scratched by the blades.
