A really useful, easy to use knife with a sheaf which helps to sharpen the knife every time it is replaced. It actually cuts more than just paring so I can use if most of the day, I \am so glad I bought this knife.
What can I say I use this knife all the time it's great having the facility to sharpen the blade when needed would recommend
Excellent knife, everyone should have these.
I am very happy with this paring knife, although l do wash all my degekeeper knives by hand, it keeps its edge and is very easy to use due to the padded handle, and is always sharp. anyone wanting a sharp knife should look at the whole range, the built in sharpener makes such a difference to other knives l have had in the past
