Easy to Use

Created for us by knife-sharpening specialists, it has two precision-angled, V-shaped notches to sharpen and hone blades – a coarse one made of metal, and a fine ceramic one. Acting like whetstones for maximum effectiveness in sharpening European-style knife blades, they take all the worry out of getting the blade angles just right.

Two-step Sharpening Process

To sharpen a dull knife, run the blade edge from heel to tip through the coarse sharpener 8-10 times – we recommend doing this once or twice a month to maintain a sharp edge. To hone a blade to its finest edge, run the blade using the same action a few times through the fine ceramic rollers.
