Small enough to stash in any utensil drawer but strong enough to tackle almost any vegetable, this sturdy hand-held slicer and peeler has a super-sharp, serrated blade made from the same Japanese stainless steel as the SharpPeel peelers – and it’s extra-wide for making quick work of shredding lettuce and cabbage, and slicing melon, squash or pumpkin to layer into super-healthy ‘fakeaway’ pasta lasagne.
The bright yellow, soft-grip handle is comfortable and ergonomic to give you maximum control as you do your prep. And, if you fancy a break from healthy fruit and veg, you could always use it to make extra-wide cheese slices for a sneaky croque monsieur.
