I bought these plus the letter cutters for a birthday cake I did this weekend and was heartily disappointed by them. I just couldn't get them to.cut cleanly through sugar paste. They probably would work better on modeling or flower paste as it's firmer but for sugar paste rolled to 3mm they don't work well at all. So for me, a waste of money as I won't use them.
