This ingenious rectangular Perfect Slice Traybake Tin makes it easy to create identically-sized pieces for parties – and is ideal for portion control too.
How it Works
Once you’ve baked and cooled your cake, decide on the size of your portions – from mini bites to generous slices – and choose which of the guidelines round the edge of the pan you want to cut to. Then simply line up the comfortably-handled custom slicer, which fits the width of the pan precisely, and cut into perfectly uniform pieces. Eight guides on the short sides and 11 on the long sides mean you can make up to 108 portions, so it’s perfect for anyone who needs or wants to monitor their sweet treat intake and, of course, you can always make different-sized pieces too.
Other Features
Made from heavy gauge carbon steel so it won’t twist or bend, the tray bake tin also features large handles so it’s easy to get in and out of the oven, and a FernoGreen non-stick coating which offers great food release and is also PFOA-free. There’s also a clip-on lid with a wide, comfortable handle that creates an airtight seal, so you can transport your bakes with ease and keep them deliciously fresh too.

This is absolutely perfect. Used it for Brownies and Flapjacks and produced perfect even portions. Going to buy another on next order as it would be convenient to store finished bake in this tray rather than empty the last few out so I can use again.
As a traybake pan its good and the cutter works well but as for airproof no way, after clipping the lid down ( quite hard to do) you can lift the lid up and down a bit, no seal at all, your just relying on the weight of the plastic lid and then there are incentations all the way around the base lifting the lid up, so as a pan and cutter fine but airtight, transfer your cake to a sealable tin
