As simple as 1, 2, 3…

First, roll out your pastry, pasta or dough and use the base of the press to cut out circles. Then lay your cut-out circle on top, add your chosen sweet or savoury filling and, finally, fold the press shut to seal the edges with a fluted finish, all ready for the oven.
