Cooling racks are a baker’s essential but, if you don’t bake often or you have a tiny kitchen, a conventional cooling rack can be a space-hogger to store. So we raised a cheer when we found this super circular Folding Cooling Rack – it’s wide enough to fit a batch of muffins or biscuits or even a show-stopping 30cm/ 12" sponge cake, and has a practical non-stick coating too.
Hand wash only.

I make wedding cakes and regularly bake 12" rounds and normally have to use 2 of my oblong cooling racks to accommodate one large cake whilst cooling, which is annoying as they take up so much space and when you have lots to cool it can become a balancing act! So finding these was a God send. They arrived this morning and I'm really impressed with the quality and design, folds in half for storage too.

When you have limited room for storage, this product offers you a cooling rack that does its job well and then can be stored away until required. Ideal for those who are not always baking.
