For obvious reasons, bottles and cartons holding liquids need a tightly fastened lid, and there’s often a plastic ring-pull acting as a doubly secure seal inside. But if you don’t have a very strong grip – or your hands are wet or slippery – it can be a bit of a struggle to get them open, especially when you’re breaking the seal for the first time. Fitting neatly over all traditional screw cap cartons, the TurnKey performs a double function. Just place the head over your bottle or carton top and twist anti-clockwise remove the ridged plastic lid. Then, if you’re opening for the first time and you come to a plastic inner seal with a plastic ring-pull (or ‘ring-lid’), you can use the hook on the side of the TurnKey to finish the job. Just place the hook under the ring and roll the head of the Turnkey towards you to lift it up and break the seal. No more tugging too hard on the ring and pulling it off without getting your carton open!
