    Our easy-to-use Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream Mix lets you enjoy making and eating deliciously creamy home-made Italian-style ice cream – using only an electric whisk, a bowl and your freezer.

    Home-made ice cream – without an ice cream maker

    Just put the dry mix in a bowl, add milk and cream, whisk together and then freeze. After 3 hours you’ll have a deliciously cool and creamy treat studded with mini chocolate chips, ready to spoon into bowls or waffle cones, or use in lovely ice cream desserts.

    "Tasty and easy"

    This is probably the easiest dessert EVER. The ingredients and equipment needed are listed. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. The ice cream is even better with the addition of drinking chocolate powder for the chocoholics in the family! ( approx. 2 table spoons)

    "Delicious and easy to make"

    My young nieces enjoyed making this and it tasted delicious! It sets quite hard if left in the freezer for a while so dipping your scoop or spoon in hot water helps with serving or for using with the waffle cones.
