Anolon’s elegant Professional pans have been tested in restaurant kitchens to meet the exacting standards of professional chefs. Made from heavy-gauge, hard-anodised aluminium which is twice as hard as stainless steel, with a super-tough DuPont® Autograph non-stick coating, they provide superb heat distribution and ensure outstanding cooking performance time after time. Riveted, stainless steel handles give additional durability to pans that will still be going strong in years to come and clean-up is incredibly simple as even the stickiest, slow cooked sauces wipe off with ease.

- 14cm milk pan, 900ml
- 16cm saucepan with toughened glass lid, 1.9 litre
- 18cm saucepan with toughened glass lid, 2.8 litre
- 20cm frying pan
- 24cm frying pan
Oven safe up to 240°C (180°C with lids). Non-stick coating is PFOA-free, lead-free and cadmium-free.
