I thought this was such a good idea but does not work well in practice. The handle is so stiff, it is almost impossible to move from one position to the other. I thought I was doing something wrong so even phoned Customer Services but it needs brute force. Not a good design feature for someone with dexterity problems. It peels fine but that's all I can really say that's positive.
