Professional Mandoline

We’ve had a number of mandolins over the years. We decided to spend a bit more for a better quality product and this is perfect. Strong and easy blade or cutter change. I love the way the veg holder is held in place on the side so no chance of it slipping sideways and that the veg holder encloses the veg. Feels much safer but obviously still need to take care using it as it’s very, very sharp

This is a great product. Very well made and works perfectly. I love the lattice cut. Easy to clean too.

Just got this to replace a cheap one I’d had for a few years. Feels so much better constructed, sturdy legs, dials and sliders. Razor sharp and easy to use as the hand guard is mounted rather than unattached. Lovely julienned carrots for kimchi.

Excellent product. It is a great design and far more superior to my old one which I purchased many years ago from Lakeland. It is very easy to use and change from one thickness to another without having to change the blades as with my old one. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to slice and julienne vegetables and other things easily.
