Crunchy on the outside with a melt-in-your-mouth slightly chewy centre – what’s not to love about home-made meringues? And now it’s even easier to make your very own yummy shells, kisses or even a whole pavlova using this special meringue mix. It’s much less messy than struggling to separate eggs and there’s no fussy fiddling with ingredients – just add water to its contents then beat for 7-10 minutes using an electric whisk, before piping directly onto a lined baking tray and popping into the oven at 110C for 70 minutes. That’s it!

With a delicious light vanilla flavour. Makes up to 30 small meringues, 8 meringue nests or a pavlova. Please note: if making a pavlova, you will need to add a tablespoon of corn starch to the mix and the cooking time will be 20 minutes longer.
