Joseph Joseph Dot Tracking Water Bottle 600ml

This is an absolutely super product. I have been instructed to drink 3L of water per day (which is an onerous task!) and this little beauty helps me to keep track of it. The idea is a really simple one yet one which works. A little dot shows up each time you refill it and turn the lid so you constantly know whether you have drunk one, two, three etc bottles of water. Not only that but it seems to be leakproof - I throw it in my bag and it rolls around in there quite happily on my commute and has never dribbled in my bag at all.

Its a really simple idea that is dead cleaver the bottle hold 600ml each time you refill it a dot appears. An easy way for elderly or kids to keep track simply of the amount drunk. Seems total leak proof when shut correctly. Sometimes things are just simple and easy and work without any unnecessary complication.

This is a fantastic water bottle. Every time you fill it up, you twist the green collar and another dot appears. It sounds silly but I find it hugely motivating - drink two bottlesworth in the morning, another two in the afternoon, then lo and behold, my body is hydrated. It's made such a difference, that simple act of making sure I've drunk enough each day. Hurray!
