Made from super-tough borosilicate glass, the dish is heat-resistant up to an impressive 400C – making it ideal for use in the oven (without the lid), microwave, fridge or freezer – and four clips lock and hold the plastic domed lid so snugly in place that it provides a completely airtight and leak-proof seal, protecting and safely storing the food inside.
