"Disappointed"

I’ve always bought Swantex 3 ply knapkins and have been very pleased with the quality. However the last two packets I bought look like re-cycled paper - not quite white. Not sure about ordering more, I’m running low. Do you know if the supplier has changed? Thank you

I have been buying these for a long time and they have always been absolutely perfect - large, good thickness and robust quality. However, my most recent order felt like a completely different product -the napkins were greyish, rather than white, much thinner and peeled apart when used. This is extremely disappointing as it is quite difficult to find large napkins and I had come to rely on them.

We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and have sorted a refund for you Our buying team have confirmed that they are exactly the same ply / thickness, but it is a very slightly different white colour to previously. This is caused by it being processed in a different location.
