Each double-ended for twice the effects; the stitching tool has a choice of two wheeled cogs which give regular machine-stitch effects to rolled icing, biscuits and 3D models, while the Dresden tool is great for creating ripples, fluting and sculpting modelling paste into animals, flowers and much, much more.
