"Great fun"

I recently ad a new bread maker as a present and so on the lookout for cookware to add new dimensions. These tins are great. I used a 500g half and half recipe to try them out and they produced perfect loaves (comes out like a french stick, but the shapes) so you can either slice thinly for canapes or just little slices of bread- or cut longer like a baguette. Really pleased with these- bought my daughter a set too.

"Very useful product"

This is a really useful addition to my breadmaking repertoire. Breadmaker dough recipes using 400-500g flour share nicely between the tins. I laid the tins down side by side on a baking tray to rise and bake which made lovely soft "loaves" that did not stick at all. They are also handy if you don't eat mountains of bread, since a single loaf gives nice small slices, and the rest can be frozen. The instruction booklet is a little lacking in clarity, but the product itself is very good.

"Excellent purchase"

I bought this set to make something a bit more unusual for Christmas. I didn't get time to do a practice run so ended up overfilling them. I used a breadmaker dough recipe with 600g flour which was too much and the lids popped off during proving. I had also added olives to one third and sundried tomatoes to another. However, I simply cut the end bits off to make rolls and put the lids back on. I initally thought when I took the cooked bread out that it seemed to be damp and perhaps undercooked but they were in fact perfect once they cooled. Really pleased I bought these.
