A perfectly crimped pie crust is a thing of beauty, but if your pastry-moulding skills aren’t quite what they could be this wheel makes for a great ‘cheat’. Used with the guide in place, it rolls quickly round the edge of a pie to leave a lovely braided design, and seals both single and double crusts on its way. The guide detaches if you want to use it freehand on decorative strips of dough or fondant, and it all goes in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. BPA-free plastic and silicone.
