With retro good looks and impressive heat-resistance up to 500°C, this lightweight yet durable Muurla Enamel Leaves Oven Dish is made from carbon steel, coated with a double layer of enamel and decorated with a pretty leaves pattern around the outside. It can be used on any hob, including induction – if you’re making gravy with the pan juices – and can go straight in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

I bought this product along with a milk pan and Casserole saucepan. It's a lovely oven dish so you can literally bring food straight from the Oven on to the table. So far i have only used it to Roast in.. but lasagne is next. (Roast potatoes were excellent).
