Perfect for easy release of hand made chocolates
I had been thinking about buying this for the use it was intended for but bought it when I discovered I could use it to make little frozen fruit balls to put in the centre of a larger fruit ice cream shape - a “surprise” centre. It makes just the right-sized centres for an individual-sized dessert. It went down very well with my guests and now I have great plans - maybe toppings or surprise centres for desserts using jellied fruits, ice cream balls, or even the chocolates it was meant for! I am excited by what such a plain and simple piece of equipment might help me achieve.
