Sitting atop a pan of simmering water, it ensures its contents are never in direct contact with heat, keeping everything at a constant temperature with no boiling over or sticking, and leaving you with beautifully smooth chocolate ready for drizzling.
The pouring spout on each side means it’s perfect for left or right-handed use and it will happily go in the dishwasher when it comes time to clean up.
