"Practical"

This little tool is very useful for doing the job its designed for.

"So quick"

Has anyone else had trouble peeing fresh ginger? With this little beauty you can easily scrape off the skin without taking any of the flesh. Wrap & freeze the unused bit, it’s very easy to grate from frozen, no wasted mouldy ginger in the salad draw.

"Ginger Gadget"

I use a lot of ginger and this little gadget really pares the skin finely. Works on other things too. Great!
