About Cocktail Baking

Taking inspiration from cocktail menus, this trend involves adding alcohol after baking, preserving the full strength of your favourite tipple and letting you mix and match flavours. Instead of an umbrella, add a shot of rum to coconut and pineapple cupcakes for a taste of the tropical with a batch of Piña Colada bakes; mix up a more solid take on a margarita by serving refreshing lime-flavoured bakes with a topper filled with tequila; or, go for a really decadent after-dinner treat with coffee cupcakes topped with a dose of Irish cream liqueur.
