After talking to customers about how they use a box grater, Zyliss learned that they tended to hold theirs at an angle so they could grate more easily and see how much they were grating. Not the safest way to go about things – the straight base can easily slip as it’s not designed to be lifted on one side – Zyliss have come up with this simple but ingenious solution. They’ve given this 4-sided grater a tilting non-slip base, which means it supports the natural grating angle with no danger of movement as you work. It’s also extra-wide so you can see when you’ve grated enough. With acid-etched, super-sharp coarse, fine, extra-fine and slicing blades, it will tackle everything from chocolate to parmesan and vegetables to citrus zest with ease.
