"Useful for starting to make your own bread, but basic."

This was a useful little book - a good one for newbies? I did pick up a few things from it, but there are other, better ones ‘out there’. Certainly not a waste of money.

Easy to understand have made bread for years but handy to read another book on bread.

"How not to make bread!"

This book appears to have been rushed to publication. It has numerous typographical errors and the whilst the Sourdough recipe calls for 10 grams of salt, it doesn't instruct you on how or when to add it to the mix. The proof reader of this book did a very poor job and the result leaves a lot to be desired. Not very good for Lakeland. I will be calling at the store for a refund but I can't recover the time wasted.
