Joseph Joseph Handi-Zest Multi-Function Zester

Have three fine graters in my collection. However, none compares to this fantastic zester. Worth it's money. Does a good job every time. Has it's own protector cover, much needed because it is quite sharp and could cause injury if in a drawer without a protector. Hence the good performance. An added bonus at the rear of the zester it has a small slider which removes any food particles and so no waste. A must for all kitchens. Not just ANOTHER gadget.

This little zester is brilliant! I now, no longer worry or dread recipes asking for grated garlic/ginger.

Finally I've found a zester giving zest instead of mush, I would always be filled with dread when a recipes wants zest as no zester I've owned has ever worked, so many times I've seen chefs or recipes where they zest a big pile me nothing just mush, well not anymore. It has a safety guard over the blade when not in use so there's no cutting yourself by accident a very handy scraper on the back that pushes all you have just zested or grated into where you want it. Its easy to clean in your dishwasher or buy a cheap toothbrush and use that. Who knew I could get so excited over a Zester but I am.

In my opinion worth a 5* review, one of those kitchen accessories you wouldn't want to be without! Not cheap, but, well worth it - good enough for a gift. Quality is excellent, easy to drawer store Easy, quick, safe to use & easily washed Zest slider attachment is excellent (read package notes for washing & how to replace correctly) I have used for citrus fruits, hard cheeses for pasta & chocolate for cake & dessert toppings (gives you grated chocolate with no "static" - i.e. no choc bouncing around like you get with traditional cheese graters)!

I already have one of these and it is fantastic! Easy to use and it results in much tastier cooking. I bought this one as a gift.
