Their version stands upright between scoops on its chunky, easy-to-grip handle and has a silicone collar to catch any drips. The dimpled surface means ice cream will slide off into your bowl more easily, and the tough zinc alloy head cuts through the hardest ice cream and sorbet without difficulty.
