Absolutely lovely, great tasting ice cream. Swirled salted caramel sauce that I made through it and also added some feuilletine for texture.

I bought this last week and made it up like advised. Found if you ate it straight from the freezer when solid the taste wasn’t there but leave it a while and it goes like a soft creamy mousse. Really lovely and will buy again.
