Made from ceramic, the rolling pin stays cool for longer, making it ideal for all types of pastry and icing, while its pleasantly weighty body makes it easy to get smooth results, even with tougher mixtures such as dough. There is also a 24cm ruler on the side, which also measures in inches, to help you perfectly portion your dough and pastry.

When it comes to dusting your pastry or icing, simply turn the rolling pin on its side to use it as a flour sifter. Perfect for keeping your rolling pin from sticking, you won’t have to reach for the flour sifter anymore, as it will already be in your hands. It is also dishwasher safe for quick and easy cleaning at the end of your baking session.
