Tiers & Spheres Anti-Gravity Cake Kit 3 "Anti gravity cake" Mrs Skidmore 20 November 2020 It was a bit fiddly and felt flimsy but it did work and held the weight of the cake which I didn't think it would. I would not like to have to have moved it anywhere once built but it did the job for my daughters cake
Tiers & Spheres Anti-Gravity Cake Kit 2 "Disappointed" Helen Vernon 07 June 2016 I purchased this product specifically to make the ice cream cone cake shown on the website. I was really pleased with the results. However I had to take the cake to the party it was made for. The top heavy nature of the cake and the lightness of the plastic board make transporting it a nightmare and my perfectly straight cake ended up leaning at a 45 degree angle. I emailed Lakeland but I was told this was a presentation stand and transportation isn't a factor. I purchased this as a piece of cake decorating equipment but it seems Lakeland doesn't agree. A note from the team Thank you for placing your review. We're sorry to hear of the difficulty you've had transporting your cake and pleased our customer services team have helped with your refund
Tiers & Spheres Anti-Gravity Cake Kit 1 "Nice idea but poorly made" Mrs Radford 19 August 2016 Love the idea of this kit but when I tried it out, I found that the plastic rod pieces that make legs/supports were difficult to join cleanly and even more difficult to separate that I was in danger of breaking them. The medium circular cake plate snapped in half whilst supporting the cake! I'm disappointed that after one use it has turned out to be flimsy and poorly constructed. If you're happy to spend £15 and are prepared to risk breaking it then by all means buy this item because it can make fab cake displays. A note from the team Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm sorry that you'd had a problem with the middle tier, I'll be in touch shortly to put this right.
