I have looked for ages for a dish suitable for cooking food for two people and then I saw this. It is just right, I have made a shepherds pie, a lasagne and a beef cobbler so far, I have also used it as a servicing dish as well. I am sure this will continue to be very useful in the future.
This dish is lovely quality and fits the bill to make a nice deep lasagne with generous servings for four or standard servings for six. It was hard to find a dish deep enough internally to layer up a lasagne. Well done to Lakeland for finding one.
