"moorish muffins."

I am always on the look out for a great tasting gluten free muffin - easier said than done most of the time. I bought this mix and made them last week. The instructions are easy to follow, the mix actually made 10 muffins and not 9. I did have to bake them for an extra 5 minutes and you do need to fill the cases pretty much to the top as we all know gluten free products do not rise in the same way as others. They freeze well and taste lovely, I would definitely recommend and re-purchase, more flavours would be great.

"Not to my taste"

Unfortunately this mix isn't for me. The muffins didn't rise very much and they were dry and un appetising. I used half the pack (and halved the ingredients) but won't be using the other half. Shame really as it's quite an expensive item.

We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with this product - it maybe worth trying to lower the cooking temperature and cook for a little longer, so that the cakes doesn't dry. We hope you'll be willing to try just once more with the remainder of the packet.
