"Loaf or Cake"
Always looking hard for new GF things for my poor suffering family, half of whom are Gluten intollerent. Bread, well forget it theres nothing good even half decent out there so thought id try this one bought from my local LL store. Beautifully packaged looked promising, but 5 eggs!!!! what kind of bread uses 5 eggs, this isnt an bread mix its a cake and thats just what it tasted like - a cake, not even a nice one - I had to give it one star as i cant give any lower than that for this abomination. Come on lakeleand find me some good GF bread , please!

Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry that you'd been disappointed. This mix is a rich fruit loaf and not a bread. We do sell the Laucke bread mixes, ref 10436 and 10437 that are gluten free. I'll be in touch shortly.
