We get lots of requests for a hand-held shaker to mix and strain sauces and batters, but we’ve always struggled to find one that doesn’t leak – until now. This 3-in-1 version comes with a mixing plate to take lumps out of sauces in just 3 shakes, an egg separator to split out yolks and whites and a little ‘chick’ to scramble eggs too. The lid screws firmly shut for a leakproof seal and all parts are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Not suitable for use in microwave.

Graduated up to 200ml.

"Love it"

Really versatile little gadget, takes a minute or two to suss out, but very nic quality item. Well worth the sale price.

"I love it"

Had this for just a few days, and it's already revolutionised omelettes and scrambled eggs. Mixing used to be easy, before I developed arthritis in small joints, eg hands and wrists. The little shaker completes the task in seconds. A personal tip: add a few drops of cold water and swish it around the bowl before putting the eggs in. Looking forward to using it for marinades and vinaigrettes.
