A silicone-coated palette knife style scraper, this flexible tool has a long blade designed to clear all the leftover mixture from your bowl in one clean sweep, leaving nothing behind for even the keenest bowl-lickers to enjoy. And it’s great for smoothing expanses of buttercream or jam onto cakes when you’re decorating too. Made in a subtle shade of chocolatey-grey that was chosen by Mary Berry herself (the sort of warm pinky-brown that fashionistas call taupe, mink or greige), it has a comfortable moulded handle and a hole to hang it up by.

I bought this tool to remove bubbles from the jar when canning, as i was worried that the metal spatula i was using earlier may scratch the surface of the glass jars and that could lead to jar breakage during processing. Absolutely perfect for the job, flexible enough not to damage the jar nor the food in it but rigid enough to move around with ease.
Some tools are surprisingly satisfying to use and this scraper is one such. Just the right size and rigidity to be effective and seemingly good quality. Goes in the dishwasher too.
It is a great tool. Soft enough to not leave Mark's or scrape harshly but it firm enough to be used as a sort of knife..I am no cook..so I have used it to lift crustless quiche , scrape eggs from the bowl and turn burgers ! Probably Mary will be sighing into her latest triumph reading this but I have found it very useful!
very well made spatula as one would expect from Mary Berry, but would also like a similar one but flexible.
I chose to buy Mary Berry Bowl Scraper as I thought with her name attached to it, it had to be great. Unfortunately I was wrong. The bowl scraper is very solid, which is great for the handle end but the end you would use to scrape the bowl is far too rigid and there is no flex in it whatsoever. This makes it very difficult to actually scrape the mixture from the bottom of the bowl, especially when using my kitchen aid and the deep mixing bowl. Personally I do not recommend this product.
