This tin is excellent in fact this is my second one. We use it for making mini Yorkshire puddings for Sunday lunch. They come up fantastically, much better than silicone one that I used to have. I think it is because you can get the oil in the pan much hotter. They don't stick and they rise beautifully. This is a first rate muffin tin, and I have used a lot of muffin tins in the past.
