We use it for making mini Yorkshire puddings for Sunday lunch. They come up fantastically, much better than silicone one that I used to have. I think it is because you can get the oil in the pan much hotter. They don't stick and they rise beautifully. This is a first rate muffin tin, and I have used a lot of muffin tins in the past.
