If you love a nice, homemade sausage with your morning fry-up or sizzling on your summer barbecue, then this nifty sausage maker from KitchenCraft is ideal for serving up a small batch of your handcrafted creations.

A doddle to use, just fill the barrel with your sausage mixture, attach the suction base firmly to a smooth table or worktop, choose your preferred width of nozzle from the three included in the box and wind the handle to push the filling into your sausage casings.

Making your own sausages gives you greater control of exactly what is going in them, and lets you experiment with flavours to create your own sizzling treats. We’re sure they’ll go down a treat with friends and family.

"Best product"

I previously tried, and failed, to make sausages using other products but this one is exceptional. It is so easy to use that we made a kilo and a half of sausages using pork mince, a packet of the farmhouse mix and the Lakeland skins. It comes apart for easy cleaning which is essential for hygiene. I would never buy shop sausages again.

I'm so pleased with this that I'm buying one for my son. The skins are good too. I don't know why customers say they break. Ours never have. We do one long sausage , then divide them up. We got it wrong to begin with by putting the skins on the machine the wrong way round, but it was really easy and quick when we got it right.

"Lockdown Sausages"

I had been thinking of making my own salami for sometime and the lockdown prompted me into action. I have now made great sausages which we are enjoying regularly and the salami is curing. This machine was easy to use on my own and worked very well with processing the right size amounts for a family. When someone asks me in the future what I did during the pandemic lockdown sausage stuffing might be an unusual reply !
