    These assorted ‘shower caps’ are a boon, have so many uses. I make my own bread every week and prove the dough in a large plastic bowl, which does not easily accept cling film. I now cover with the extra large size, rinse off when finished with and they’re good to go again. Ordinary shower caps just aren’t big enough for the job.

    I must admit I was a little sceptical when I ordered this product as they are so low priced but I am so happy I did. I was very surprised at the quality of them. The stitching has held up, you can wash and re-use them many times and they're even suitable for the microwave. The best bit, no more clingfilm!

    Why? Because they’re so convenient and easy to use and, because they come in sizes small, medium and large so you can cover everything from a jam jar or drinking cup to a platter of party food. They can be used indoors and out, in the fridge or in the microwave, and they’re also freezer-safe. Use them for covering party food and drinks outdoors to keep away inquisitive insects; cover leftovers for reheating, defrosting or steaming in the microwave; or stretch them over open fruit containers in the fridge.

    With an elasticated FlexBand® wrap around the edges, they fit easily over all sorts of containers… truly multipurpose ‘shower caps’ for food that are a quick, convenient way to cover plates of leftovers or seal a peel-top punnet of berries so they stay fresh in the fridge – just stretch over and release for a snugly fitting seal.
